Fantastic location, would definitely come again.
Wonderful location, and the view out the window was fantastic. I also liked the bath!

Good choice for the price I paid
Although I booked without breakfast, when I asked for additional breakfast, I was told that the hotel no longer has that service. Fortunately, there are enough stores near the hotel to have breakfast. The hotel is not very close to the center, but has good connectivity by subway and bus. A plus is that it has a bus stop to and from the airport a few meters from the hotel (17,000 won). I had a room with river view, very nice.
The pillows were a bit uncomfortable (too, too soft).

What was the highlight of Niagara Hotel
Keep up your service with more friendly reception staff.
Big room and river view. Airport Limousine bus stop in front of hotel cost 17k which is convenient upon arrival at Incheon airport.
Reception staff seems too busy that she is not friendly, we greet and smile but she doesn't smile and doesn't look at us while respond but she looks at her phone / computer. We stay for 10 nights and she only smiles once when we're checking out at the time I said thank you for assisting us to call a taxi to Incheon airport. Maybe Korea service manner is not as friendly as other countries, I think ????
